BlueberryCove Ltd are confident that you will be happy with your order. However, in the unlikely event and for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to help. Please note that we can only deal with the purchaser of the product and not the recipient.
If you place an order with us and are not completely happy with the purchase, you have 14 days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You then have another 14 days in which to return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it.
We will inspect the goods once we receive them and will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
